I let go of living in the future, because when I operate in my future, I am operating out of my fear.
I will not make decisions based on my past, because when I operate out of my past, I am operating out of my guilt.
I will begin to live in the present in all domains of my life: spiritual, emotional, physical, financial, professional and social.
I will begin to honor who I am today, instead of the person that I was yesterday, or the person I will become tomorrow
I will begin to honor and respect what is before me and make decisions based on what I feel, instead of what I think
I have finally lifted the weight of my future hopes and past regrets
I am light
I am free
I am joy
I am love
I am peace
I am me
